Yoga Weight Loss Programme
"Myself and my friend completed a 6 week yoga challenge with Ryan where we were provided with a diet plan and a series of yoga poses to practice at home.
Ryan spent time showing us the poses so that we were confident in practicing these on our own. We were also provided with a booklet which detailed the diet plan along with photographs and instructions for each of the different yoga poses which was very easy to follow.
Through practicing the yoga 3-4 times a week, I lost just over 5lb during the first couple of weeks and maintained this loss until the end of the challenge, personally the main benefit that I noticed was that the yoga helped massively with my lower back pain and I also found that I was sleeping much better each night.
I would definitely recommend working with Ryan and giving the yoga challenge a try!
