About Me
When I reached the age of 25, I asked myself the question "Have I made the most of my body's potential?" And the short answer was no. It is true that the majority of people will go through life never really knowing or experiencing what great things their bodies can do with a little bit of sustained effort.
After graduating as a Spanish teacher, I realised that I wanted to understand more about my body and its limits. So much so that I went to India to learn Yoga as well as going to Thailand and China to learn Thai boxing and compete in a cage fight. It was that time period that I became aware that my true calling was to discover what my body's true limits were, and to help as many people as possible to discover theirs.
I wanted to share what I had spent thousands of hours learning whilst abroad. The first step was to enter a physique competition upon arriving home with the Men's Health magazine; and out of 2000 entrants, I made the final 12 (something I thought was an impossible feat). They were very interested in what I had done in the East and some of my training tips were published in the magizine in 2011 and 2013. My journey did not stop there. Since then, I have qualified as an Advanced Level Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor and continue to develop myself in as many ways possible so I can help you do the same.
To answer my original question...I haven't reached my potential yet. I am always learning something new and more challenging. I think you have only reached your potential when you stop trying, but that can always be changed with a good trainer! I can do more things now at 30 years old than I could at 18!

However, I am here to help you grow in confidence so that you feel 100% comfortable working out. If you are looking to do a 10km run, tone up, improve your health and well-being, lose weight or gain lean muscle, you have come to the right place. I specialise in balanced, achievable weight loss programmes, toning and body sculpting through healthy diet, exercise and yoga. I can deliver amazing body transformation programmes that can be tailored to suit your needs regardless of age and current fitness levels. If you have never stepped foot in a gym before, don't worry, we take take things one step at a time. If you are looking for more advanced training for competitions, I can help with that too. Programmes are designed to achieve results and at the same time to have you feeling great by giving you inspirational support along the way.
